Watch Geno Pignataro, VP of Customer Service,  as he shares what it’s like to work on the Customer Service team at BNSF Logistics. Our Customer Service Reps operate throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, collaborating with both the Account Management and Operations Teams to support tracking and tracing activities, analyzing shipping status data, building loads, setting appointments and supporting customer inquiries to ensure we’re servicing our customers better than ever. Our Customer Service Team must be agile and adaptable to change, as they’re consistently working on everchanging load boards. They are strategizing and prioritizing on the go, juggling multiple tasks and using various systems. They thrive on teamwork, are inspired by each other’s success  and celebrate their wins together, as a team. This team helps us deliver what matters to our clients and customers every day.
